Animals in china

Wildlife in China is very diverse, there are over 30kinds of plants and over 4species of vertebrates. China has the third largest number of mammals in the world. A-Z animal of animals found in China, in Asia. China is home to many plants and animals not found elsewhere in the world.


With over 30native plant species, 2species of vertebrates and more than 1species of animals only found in China , some of the native plants and animals of China are well-known, primarily due to their status on the endangered species list. There are many animals in the vast land of China.

Some endangered species are so rare that you may have never heard of them. Or you may have heard of some but did not know them well. Below is a list of the rarest animals in China. New research suggests that protections given to the bamboo-eating pandas have benefited.
